In 1986 Vrank Zwiers, together with his wife Maria, started the first Real-Estate Agency in Monchique.

Vrank Zwiers is a fully licensed Architect registered with the Order in Lisbon, having graduated at Delft University in the Netherlands.

Paul Zwiers, Vrank´s son who runs the business today, is a fully licensed Portuguese Real Estate Agent and member of INCI, and Real Estate organization APEMIP (nº 4707).
